I’m Leo. Right now, behind the camera at Cinemasthetic is where I do my best work, but that’s not where this started.

It started in the Marine Corps, where attention to detail wasn’t optional and showing up right, every time, wasn’t negotiable either. When I got out, I spent years coaching people in gyms across Las Vegas, personal training, then fitness sales, working with people through some of their hardest, most vulnerable moments.

Watching someone push past what they thought they could do teaches you something about honesty. You can’t fake effort in a gym, and people can tell the difference between someone who’s actually paying attention to them and someone who’s just going through the motions.

That’s the same lesson I bring to a camera now. Whether it’s a wedding, a gym floor, or a brand story, my job is the same: pay attention, show up fully, and capture what’s actually happening rather than manufacture something that looks good.

I’m hands-on from the first conversation to the final export, no outsourcing, no shortcuts. Faith and family are the foundation underneath all of it.
